Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in their original condition.
Be returned in the original packaging.
Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Digital products or downloadable content.
Gift cards.
Clearance or final sale items.
Personalized or custom-made products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning the item.
